E-LearningTalk explores the use of electronic media and communication technologies to support learning and teaching made available by user-initiated connection to a local or global network.
The topics covered on this weblog flow into these three categories:
- e-learning STEAM–science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics
- e-learning lessons–project design, development, research and evaluation findings
- e-learning explorations–discoveries that generate life long learning lessons
The goal of e-LearningTalk is to create a collaborative context to discuss teaching and e-learning experiences across the familiar and emerging technology landscape. I am doing this blog because I keep finding new and intriguing ways that technology can support and expand learning. The blog postings will give me a chance to share observations from my test runs and on-going analysis of different tech tools. I hope that my blog may stimulate ideas and responses from others who are also interested in furthering our understanding of how people learn and how technologies can help teachers.
Blog postings will be updated weekly. Most of the blogs will be original content, but some will be amplifications of relevant observations first published elsewhere. Recommendations of blogs for re-posting are welcome!
